Please open and inspect your purchases immediately. If you have received an item that has arrived damaged, do not return the damaged item on your own. When needed, we will arrange carrier pickup for damaged goods.
Please call or email us immediately. We require you to inform us within 7 days by email or telephone, as our carrier claims are limited in most cases to 15 days. Do not dispose of item or packaging. Please save all contents until you have received instruction on disposition. We will resolve your claim by replacement when possible, and credit/refund where needed.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please call or email us to submit your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 15 days. Email your full name, reason for return request, item name, item number, invoice number, and invoice date. You may return most items within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund or exchange, but must get your RMA within 15 days of purchase. Please include the following information with your shipment: a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and invoice number and RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories.

In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible for returning any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For any refused package or any returns due to inaction or absence of the recipient, we will process a full refund less shipping charges.
